In practice check-in agents are used to dealing with the concatenation and transposition of names and titles.
Names containing prepositions/particles such as
van, de, e routinely get mangled. Honorific titles allowed by some systems might be treated quite oddly by others.
It's best to stick to simple first and last names. Margarita de Castro e Sousa is better off travelling as plain Margarita Sousa.
