Correct. HRCs (and some others) do not have to offer upgrade to globs as a benefit. But they can, if they want to. That’s why I said they were sticking with their policies and NOT upgrading.
I'm not expecting a complimentary upgrade as a globalist, but wondering if they will throw in a discounted paid upgrade since we will likely have to move to a different lodging option if not. I will call the hotel but thought I'd see if there was any data on it here first.
