I went the T-mobile route for United WiFi access by upgrading to their most expensive business plan. I can see T-mobile listed in the options for internet, but it has been 100% unavailable on every United flight. So this is defiantly not an option for internet access. Stick with the other options. I feel like I am paying twice for internet access on United flights.
