Comments: booked a couple of hours before arriving; requested upgrade via chat and was given this room on the top floor with a very nice view of the city. Offered breakfast or points; took breakfast and they sent the vouchers up to the room while we were out. Typically small room for a NYC hotel. The bar attached to the hotel is not actually a hotel bar in that you cannot do room charges. Otherwise the staff was perfectly friendly. About an 8-minute walk to Penn Station and a block from my favorite African takeout restaurant.
