At this point - there are two things that need to happen:
- the Two Sessions are supposed to happen in March. After this, I'd expect more resumption of flights
- Chinese airlines are in overdrive now making sure they have new FAs and re-training their pilots so that they can start resuming international flights. As soon as that's all good and done, expect foreign airlines like UA to get more slots. I expect this happen by June.

I think in Q3 or Q4 we should see a full schedule, but unlikely to happen before Q3.
Sorry I am not as optimistic as you are.

Full schedule to China? Daily flights to PVG/PEK/HKG from EWR/ORD/SFO?

Won't happen in 2023, or 2024. I am thinking about 2025.....
