Have to agree, I'm starting to struggle too. I got excited about the free airport transfer, but every time I request a quote for flights, they have always been more expensive than booking via BA direct - every single time. So that benefit has sadly turned out to be useless.
It's a shame we did not get the Dining credit again, while Platinum's do.
Clos19/Harvey Nics - sounded fun at first. I now find myself buying stuff I do no want/need, just to use the credit up. It's almost a recurring item on my to do list.
I do like having the Hilton Diamond - that has been worthwhile (when I'm not staying at a Marriott, where I am already Titanium).
Really sad we never seem to get any MR bonus earning opportunities that appear on the other cards every now and then. Or even bonus MR conversion opportunities.
I guess I find the card is targeted at idiots like me, who keep forgetting to cancel, and then decide they'll surely do it the following year, but can't be bothered. I've already forgotten what the new annual fee is, but I'm sure it won't cover being Hilton Diamond. But I always get FOMO, that they must know how poor value it is - and something amazing is about to come any time now! 🤣️ 🤦🏽♂️

so yeah - I get FOMO too. If I cancel, I may very well not get invited again, and I would never pay the siging on fee even if I did.....so I will likely just end up keeping it. Last year, by quirk of timing, my renewal occurred just before the AF hike, so I effectively got it at 1k off factoring in HN + c19.
The thing that I would really want is double MRs....even if that was after, say, 100k spend. Les wait and see if that ever happens.
