Macquarie Centre is the biggest in Sydney. The Metro Line from either Epping or Chatswood goes straight there. I'd assume most of the stuff in the suburban shopping centres will be a lot more mid-market as compared to Westfield Sydney/Bondi Junction etc.

I guess somewhat owing to geography, the largest shopping centres are in Melbourne and Queensland.
