I don't think you need to follow FT to reasonably interpret that the $75k spending amount was tallied from all the spend on a "Platinum Account" rather than just a single card.

Anyone who has an AU knows that the AU's spend shows up on the primary card holder's "account" so why wouldn't spend on a business platinum from the same card holder be included in the final amount?
