I did a CTRL-F search on that link for "Gold" and the only reference is to a FAQ that says breakfast is not included at any brand for Gold status. I highly doubt TPG would get that wrong, so I'm unsure how OP got that notion, but they seem a bit confused based on the following thread they started (What does elite mean) to complain about hotel staff not being forthcoming enough for a Gold Elite member during a complimentary cocktail hour.
