Perhaps the voice repsonse in an atttempt to help during high volume times only. I have no problem with using such systems but they usually arent setup to help with the details I need help on. ozstamps they dont understand Indianapolis accents very well either...I usually have to repeat myself several times before it gets it right. Hanging up and calling at 11pm usually works best!
