I fly to Oz a couple of times a year and QR quite often come up with the best prices & times, so I got myself a privilege account so I can 'link' the two to explore redemption and part payment options through them instead of through BAEC...Problem is I get the following error every time:
"The personal details registered on your accounts do not match. Please contact us for assistance."
My name and DOB is as they are in my passport for both, and QR CS had no idea. Anyone else had this problem and solved it? Is there a quirk I need to know about? Is it even worth the effort?!

Yes, i had issue that my middle name was placed in the first name box as FIRST MIDDLE and on BA my first name was in the first name box and the middle name in the middle name box. This was enough to make it think the names didn't match..i sent a request to QR for a name change, which included a copy of passport and they fixed it within 24 hrs
