Yup! I pretty clearly said that pilots dont need to follow clearances or restrictions!
What I said was a 6-seater at 20mph 1/4 mile away is not a safety hazard. Yes, complacency and pilot errors are a THREAT to safety. Which is why they are report, tracked, and analyzed. Having tried to make a quick turnoff myself a few times, I'm betting the C206 pilot was concentrating on his taxiway and wasnt worried about it.
My point was too much data, in the wrong hands, doesnt tell a story. Where is the GPS receiver used to transmit ADS-B position on a 240' airplane as it crosses a 150' wide runway? A bunch of dots on a picture dont tell me anything.
I just happened to look and Taxiway K at that rwy intersection is marked as a "hot spot", which means it has happened a few times before...
