If you received a 4pm (or even in reality, 3:30pm) checkout, you really don’t have much to complain about IMO. That is highly unusual at HH properties and shouldn’t be expected. And I’d give the property a break re their upgrade policy…it just opened and and stuff like that hasn’t been fully sorted yet.
