Hello! Sorry for the newbie question here:

I recently purchased some miles and following the transaction I was met with a 'Your Transaction is Pending' and received a confirmation email immediately. However, I noticed my purchased miles have not been credited to my account even though my bank card has been charged.

Is this normal? I recall the miles showing up immediately the last time I bought Mileage Plan miles three years ago.
