I flew RDU-HVN last week. HVN is really easy to arrive into if you just have carry on and you don't mind tarmac boarding. Their baggage claim is also miniscule. I tried to get an Uber but Uber claimed they don't service HVN. Getting a Lyft wasn't a problem though the lone road up to the airport gets really crowded really easily.
