Is it a FTV (125-2xxxx) or an e-voucher (125-4xxxx)? That link above only works for e-vouchers. Under BWC, both were originally only valid until Apr 23 but were extended to Sep 23 at some stage.

You can also check it is still valid by doing a dummy booking and trying to enter the e-voucher number.
