Thank you for the responses . To add some color , my stays are usually at Sofitel and Fairmont . Two of the more frequent properties are Sofitel Chicago and Fairmont DC . I am literally zero complimentary upgrades in multiple stays at these properties . I never book pre paid rates and my stays are a mix of weekdays and weekends . It’s just frustrating to have to always “remind” the hotels about Platinum amenities and upgrades .
