The CLT-LHR portion of a flight to MXP just cleared our SWU request for my wife and I a few days ago. There are two other segments that have not cleared as of this morning. The SWU's have not been taken out of my wallet yet. This is our first time using SWU's. Is this normal or do I need to place a call to the EP desk?
