It's all a case of "you get what you pay for" and how far you are going to go to "own your uptime".
If the backup path can become "overloaded", maybe you should have paid a little more for dedicated circuits.
If you have dedicated circuits, you might need to pay a little more for "protection".
And if you really want to own your uptime, you get to stare at KMLs to ensure you are actually getting diverse fiber paths.
Exactly, you get what you pay for & lets face it even on a good day LH IT is amongst the worst out there, clearly they don't pay, except for management bonuses …….
