The load on both flights seem quite light, so a good chance in getting accepted. Worth it?
I would tell you if I could find a way to check my mileage. If it's on the ANA website I can't see it.
If it's worth it depends on the aircraft and the length of the flight, and probably your body too. For me it wasn't.
