This is a little bit OT but just about in the same territory. I am Platinum due to an offer. However, my account says Platinum until the end of last year. Yet it still shows all the Platinum benefits and is branded Platinum.

Is this usual? I can think of a reason why my status might not be downgraded but don't really want to post it here. However, if the account says Platinum up until a past date, is this usual? When does Platinum normally lapse, and how?
