The official currency in Czech Republic is the Czech Crown (Ceska Koruna), aka CZK. I would suggest that the person using the USD/EUR find one of the plentiful exchange places and change USD/EUR cash to CZK there and use that instead.

If any shop does accept USD/EUR, it will not be at a favo(u)rable exchange rate.
