I sense there is more of these strange things going on that we never hear about

I was watching a plane land a few weeks ago at an airport on a resort island - the plane was barely 100 feet off the ground when a helicopter flew - barely 50 feet or so - above it..... I am no pilot nor expert, that didnt seem good?
