Unless you apply an SNA I doubt very much you'd be upgraded from Chapter 2, and even an SNA might be tricky on a weekend.

Chapter 2 have a great variance, and you'd probably get one of the nicer ones. Though a noticed that one of the reviews above had one of the low floor tiny balcony Chapter 2 rooms.
