For IRROPS I would insist that UA deal with it despite the ticket being issued by TK. The moment you accept that TK reissue the ticket or even rebook, it will be complicated as TK will only be able to rebook if award availability is present.
Do you have any ideas how to get united to take care of this? I've only been met with 'TK needs to remedy it'
