They may simply push the curtain a row further back and open up an extra 4 CE seats.
Only person who may get annoyed is the person who payed to be in the first row of economy and now finds themselves at the back of the plane!!

I did a CE with 9 full rows of CE last week- the service was appalling - they couldn't get food and drink out
Back next day with 7 CE rows but probably less than 70% full and the service was very good.
Pushing back the curtain only diminishes the offer and so the value of CE.
