Does anyone have the original image of what is a "covered reason"? Condor moved my flight on Friday from Munich to Nürnberg due to the Ver.di strike in Germany, so I need to head up the night before and stay at a hotel.
Side note, it is frustrating that Chase has all the PDFs online for benefits, as well as the ability to file claims, while BofA sends out paper benefits, and requires to you phone (!) in to file a claim. The claim form you get back via email is nothing more than a PDF that someone hacked together from a Word document and hit "Export to PDF".
