After a week of waiting for 2 of 3 tickets on my PNR to be refunded, I called the 1K line who called the refund department and discovered an "error." Now I should get the remaining travelbank and cc refund within 24-48 hours. Apparently this is a common issue for multiple tickets, with and without travelbank. But especially for travelbank.
Edit: Still waiting for 1 refund. Unbelievable.
