This got me interested in finding states that
don't have scheduled internal passenger flights. As of now I think 20 out of 50 would qualify:

- Arkansas
- Connecticut
- Delaware
- Indiana
- Iowa
- Kansas

And throwing non-states into the mix, Guam and the District of Columbia...
I think Ohio and Tennessee could be added to the list unless there's some service I'm not tracking, even including EAS, even if both are states that could on the list of having had intra-state service at one point when the CLE and MEM hubs were active. My quick glance at the airports show that any EAS service is not from the same respective state.
Off the top of my head I've flown intra-state in:
-California
-Florida
-Georgia
-Hawaii
-Michigan
-North Carolina
-Ohio
-Texas
-Washington
