This got me interested in finding states that don't have scheduled internal passenger flights. As of now I think 20 out of 50 would qualify:

  • Maryland
  • Nebraska
  • New Hampshire
  • New Jersey

  • Vermont
  • Wisconsin
  • Wyoming
And throwing non-states into the mix, Guam and the District of Columbia...
