Starting a new thread for this hotel as other one is based on the Courtyard Glasgow Airport. This is my first time staying at a Courtyard and have to say it was a bit underwhelming.
On the first night I arrived, there seemed to be heating issues which staff didn't know how to resolve and no technician available onsite. I was given complementary breakfast which was also underwhelming, there are fridges in all the rooms but mine didn't seem to work and shower pressure is quite poor as well. Not sure if I should ask for points as compensation during checkout. Anyone else have experience of staying at this hotel?
