Well, that was easy. I sent the secure msg yesterday asking them to transfer the CL to her Unlimited card and then close the Cash card. Had the message this morning that all the was done and it shows closed in the account.

We have some spending to do on an Iberia card but once that looks good, we're going to try for another Cash card. That'd be the second one in about 18 months.
