I made an Aeroplan award booking with all flights on BR. After clicking Make Payment at the last step, got an error "cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'dictionaries')". The award space is gone and I could not attempt to rebook. However under "Manage Booking", I can locate the PNR. In that page, there is a message "A problem occurred with your session but a request was sent to create your booking. To verify that your booking is confirmed, please call Air Canada Reservations at 1-888-247-2262, or the Aeroplan Contact Centre at 1-800-361-5373 if this is a flight reward booking. (68081)". The ticketing deadline is not stated.
I have been trying to contact Aeroplan but "cannot connect to an agent right now". Any ideas? Do I assume someone at the backend will pick up this reservation and issue the ticket?
I checked in BR manage booking site and indeed the ticket is not issued.
