I find that the app "YTD totals" doesn't always refresh properly without a full "kill the app and restart it". I suggest you start with whether the Bonvoy website shows the correct total of nights, as that doesn't have the same refresh problems.

Otherwise, the night totals won't matter for many months, so I would just keep an eye on it and presume it is going to fix eventually.
