Hi. I’ve looked at previous threads but can’t see this covered.
I had a stay at Toronto Westin Harbour Castle recently. The transaction details on the Bonvoy App show the stay, and indicates 1 night and points amount. It has been 36 hours since the transaction posted, however my total nights YTD and points balance do not reflect this transaction. I have again just refreshed the app and still incorrect nights/points totals.
Anyone have any experience with this; and/or how to rectify? TIA.
