I filed a complaint through AC Customer Care on-line form, I received an autoreply email 'it may take as long as 45 days to get back to you' It included a case number.
After 2 months I still haven't got any reply, should I complain to Customer Care with the case number again

You should contact the customer care with the case number. Based on my previous experience there's no other better way. Even when I call the customer support line they suggested me to file the online form at the end.
