There is Sanrio theme park in a suburb of Tokyo also.

Sanrio Puroland

Sanrio Puroland is located at Tama Center. Tama Center can be accessed by Keio Line or Odakyu Line from Shinjuku, about 40-45 min. from Shinjuku. Sanrio Puroland is about 7-9 min. walk from Tama Center station.
