I was relegated to the Main Cabin on a recent flight and the FA delivered our pre-ordered food to myself and a nearly 2MM elite, and the FA (correctly) did not charge either of us. 🤙🏻🍹
I retract my original statement. A charge of $10.50 just hit my AMEX (6 days later). At this point, I am going to ask the FAs in-flight as well as review my statements post flight.
The implementation of this benefit is disappointing. 🤙🏻🍹
