I rebooked a trip for my wife, 2 sisters and 1 brother-in-law using my avios. The original trip 2 years ago was cancelled due to the pandemic. BA just informed me the flight from Pisa back to the UK was cancelled and we are on a different flight “9 hours” earlier. Since we are a long way from Pisa our option is to get up very early to make the new flight, or to leave the vacation rental a day early and stay overnight in Pisa, so to make the AM flight. since this is my retirement treat I feel obligated to pay for the hotels for my family. Moreover, I would have to book a cab to get us from our rental to Pisa.

I would prefer to have BA rebook all of us to fly out of Florence instead. Florence is 1 hour closer than Pisa and the flight leaves 1 hour later than the Pisa flight. Is this a reasonable request? What are my options? As mentioned earlier all the flights were booked by me, but my sisters’ confirmation codes are different than mine!
