Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Yes

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? We booked a twin and that is what we got.

How are the rooms? Newly refurbished. Clean and functional.

How is the exec. lounge? N/A

What was good and what was bad? Gym, pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub were just great. Loungers available, underused. It was quiet when we were there. Offered choice of welcome amenity inc. breakfast plus a welcome treat at the bar. My son chose chocolate.
