for me most it would be perfect that each time difference would be in relation to the time of Berlin (or any city i chose in the options menu). so LHR is always -1:00 (besides the two hours in the year where we already changed the timings but UK hasnt), NYC is -06:00, SCL is -4 in north winter and -6 in north summer and so on
