From the outside you can see the statues blocking the windows on the 5th floor. You can also see how much larger the windows on the lower floors are for the rest of the room. The lower floors also appear to have higher ceilings than the 5th floor. The second floor suite seems to really stand out as I could see a beautiful large chandelier through it's windows and it appears to have much higher ceilings
I can confirm that the second floor ceilings are very high. Looks like 18-20 foot in both the bedroom and sitting room in the Park Suite.
