Hopefully He won't need to be involved, but as mentioned previously in post 3, it's only a full refund if done online - or TAP's IT doesn't process the cancellation (which isn't unusual). There may be a admin fee if you call to cancel, but they will waive it if you can show you did try to do it online.
For what it’s worth, she specifically told me not to do it online and they would not charge me any fee if I called. She said that sometimes when you do it online, they try to issue some kind of a voucher, but if you call directly, they could refund the entire amount back to your credit card.
