Which "Let's Eat" thread do the IAH/ORD -> Hawaii long haul flights would the premium plus meals go? This one or domestic premium plus? Since ORD-HNL is blocked at 9:20 I'm curious what the meal service(s) are. I know there's a meal shortly after take off, but what's served later in the flight and how long before landing?
