Last night's call to AC main reservations line: No prompt for my AP# (That's new, I think... Is the queue priority now based on the inbound caller id?). Once I got through the menus, an agent answered in about 5 seconds.
AC is fine.
Aeroplan is the one not answering.
Finally got a call back, lets see how long it takes.
