I flew EZE-JFK in J recently. There was no pre-meal drink and nuts service. Post take off, the meal cart came out with the entire meal tray (entree included) placed at the seat. The drinks cart then followed providing what was the only drinks service.

Is this normal for late night EZE departures? When I flew JFK-GRU, we had drinks and then the meal service. I found this EZE departure odd.

The food was also totally inedible. Probably the worst AA food I've had in years...and that includes the covid era sandwiches! Salad was small dish of brown lettuce with a dollop of quinoa. Main was supposed to be shrimp, squid, and fish stew. It was shrimp only with no sauce. The breakfast fruit platter was sliced apples.
