The rate is quite the same as Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel.
At the height of the season (June to September, and of course during the Cannes Film Festival or some major congresses), it is unlikely that the hotel will not have a high occupancy rate.
Outside these periods, things are less certain.
