Same issue with the latest version of the app on iOS.
The workaround I found: Force quit the app and re-start it. For some reason, the origin/destination fields work exactly once per session.
each update brings its lot of problems. now you can"t change the cabin when you want to book an award flight. and if you go with Y and try to change later on, it blocks or gives you cabin names as "label". it's been 3 days already like this, i really wonder if they test the app before releasing the update for such basic use...
