Interesting trip report, not very First Class & at 7 k GBP…… of course it is usual to pay a premium to go direct, you might want to look at SWISS ex LHR & LCY for 4.5 k GBP & a better First Class IMO, fantastic F lounges in ZRH but just the J lounges at LHR.

Ex BKK EK & EY & Oman air are 4.5 k GBP return to LHR in First Class
