Their services are highly inconsistent. I can't believe your family members who are not flying are able to call them and arrange a surprise birthday. I tried to arrange 3 months ago flying in J and I called to arrange a birthday surprise for my wife who is also flying with me. As our bookings are separate, they keep tell me its not possible as I'm not authorised to amend her booking. I'm not even trying to amend her booking, I simply told the agent please arrange some birthday surprise for her onboard, we will be seated next to one another. We ended up going to the plane with no birthday surprise. Dissapointing.
